Daily Market Summary

The HSI rebounded after opening low slightly yesterday, once hitting 23,517, breaking through the 10-day MA and retreated. The index eventually closed at 23,422, up 107 pts. The main board turnover was HK$68.59bn.

    LENOVO (992) rose 2.2% to HK$12.04, the steepest gain among the blue chips. The State Council officially issued “long-term planning logistics development (2014-2020)”, leading gains in logistics shares. FRONTIER SERVICES (500) and GAMMA LOGISTIC (8310) jumped 12.2% and 2.9% respectively. Military shares also performed well. AVIC (232) surged 12.9% to HK$0.96. CHINA AEROSPACE (31) and CHINA ENERGINE (1185) soared 6.9% and 3%.
