    HSI decline intensified after opened down 221 pts, once lowered at 24,282, closed at 24,351, dropped 776 pts. The main board turnover increased to HK$116.24bn.

    CR POWER (836) fell 6.3% to HK$19.26, became the worst performer in blue chips, DATANG POWER (991) and HUADIAN POWER (1071) fell 5.9% and 5% respectively. It was PINGAN’s (2318) 10 ex-bonus shares and ex-final dividend day and it dropped 2.2% to $47.15, CHINA LIFE (2628) and NCI (1336) shed 5.5% and 5.7% respectively. Mainland brokerage stocks plunged, HAITONG SEC (6837) dropped 10.7% to $13.66, and CITIC SEC (6030) shed 9.1%. International oil price dropped, PETROCHINA (857) dropped 4.7% to $7.47, CNOOC (883) and SINOPEC (386) dropped 4.4% and 4% respectively.
