Hong Kong Stock Market Summary .

    Mainland stock markets outperformed the HK stocks in the previous trading day. HSI once shed 193 pts, closed at 24,406 dropped 5 pts, the main broad turnover dropped to HK$ 74.66 bn.

    MENGNIU DAIRY(2319) shed 4.2 % to HK$32.15, became the worst performer in the blue chips. International oil prices declines, PETROCHINA (857) went down by 1.5% to HK$7.36, SINOPEC CORP (386) and CNOOC (883) went down by 0.7% and 0.4% respectively. CIMC ENRIC (3899) issued profit alert, the share price dropped 8.4% to HK$4.78. Airline stocks rebound, AIR CHINA (753) rose 9.3% to HK$8.47, CHINA SOUTH AIR (1055) and CHINA EAST AIR (670) rose 8.2% and 5.4% respectively. Insurance stocks performed well, CHINA LIFE (2628) and PING AN (2318) rose 3.4% and 1.6% respectively.
