HIGHLIGHTS AHEAD

    Beginning on Tuesday, US markets receive retail sales forMay. May import prices and April business inventories willalso be released. Wednesday sees May producer prices, theEmpire manufacturing index for June, industrial production/capacity utilization for May, as well as TIC flows data ontap. Current account data for 1Q16will be rolled out onThursday, alongside jobless claims for the week ending 11June, the Philadelphia Fed manufacturing index for June,and consumer prices data for May. Finishing off the week onFriday, markets receive May housing starts/building permitsdata.

    In the Eurozone, other than some final May CPI readings,we have a very sparse docket this week. Other releasesinclude April industrial production on Tuesday; April externaltrade figures on Wednesday; followed by Eurozone currentaccount data on Friday. The preface of the ECB Bulletinshould echo the sentiments expressed by ECB PresidentMario Draghi at the press conference in early June.
