The majority of the longer-term indicators continue to point to a primary bearmarket. However, Tuesday’s action, which broke below support and then pulledback above, it suggests that the market, for now, is tired of going down. Theindications are for a tradable rally, probably under the context of a primarydowntrend. The daily diffusion indicator also supports this idea, as does theworld- wide equity rally that is currently underway. Whether it will be strongenough to reverse the bearish primary trend remains to be seen. I continue to lookfavorably on the Chinext Index.
